After receiving your information and payment, I will e-mail your first fitness program which is consistent with your fitness goals and past exercise experience, and send you a link for your very own workout Blog. Of course, I will first instruct you on how to use the Blog.
Thereafter you will be able to e-mail me with any questions you may have about the program, diet or anything that concerns you about exercise. All e-mails will be answered within 24 hours!
Throughout the time of your training, I will be check your Blog every day to see how you are doing with the program and changing the routine as you progress.
